As for helping you, it is completely normal to have sexual desires when talking to someone you find attractive. The only way it would be a problem is if you felt that way about every person you tried to have a conversation with.

I have to say that the same types of things run through my head in the form of mental images as I see or speak with someone I'm attracted to. My saving grace is that despite being attracted to many people from afar (both en and women), the moment people speak about 90% of them cease to be attractive to me. With that interesting 10% though...it's tough not to get a little distracted by sex daydreams.

I think it's normal to sometimes imagine such things when you find your conversational partner attractive. But if you're doing this with everyone you talk to, or find everyone attractive, you might have a sexual addiction. I guess it's harmless as long as they're just fantasies, but if it starts to get too distracting in conversation, you might want to find ways to tone down the imagination.

It's normal. I can't imagine doing that to everyone would be a very pleasant image, but you know, whatever pleases you. I've had times where, when I first meet a person, I imagine them on the toilet.

Depends. If you do it all the time and it distracts you from talking, or you do it to a family member then it is weird. If you do it to people who you find attractive that you aren't related to and you don't do it all the time and it doesn't stop you from talking, then yes it's totally normal!
