Yea I get mad when the internet is going slow or when I'm playing a game in disconnects from te server in the middle of what you're doing. Feel like destroying everything, but I don't.

You really should talk to your Internet Service Provider about that. Unless you two are sharing wireless or something, what he's doing at his house shouldn't affect your connection.

I called them and they said we were getting " an unfair amount" for our street, but didn't actually do much about it. So I'll wait until he goes to sleep... Them I will surf FREELY, mwahaha.... Oh dear, I need to get out more

I used to have slow Internet but then in complained the he'll out of time Warner cable and they increased or bandwidth limit and now it's so much faster

I think the internet provider to that dude should restrict his speeds to give other people connected to the same exchange a chance to have the same benefits.

Is everyone on your street sharing a connection? If not, it wouldn't make much difference.

Your rage has not even got started yet. You just wait and you are gonna see so many people completely pissed off about how some people use the internet that it is gonna probably make up for riots and summary executions and lynchings in the streets. I have been so pissed off recently I actually smashed two notebooks. The last one did not last a month.
Well,it is not my fault if there are not any restrictions to how many things a person is allowed through the internet to piss people off and tne only thing we can rely on is good conscience.So fuck it.
