No, that's normal.

It could be a sign of some kind of anxiety or something else. Regardless, if you don't want to see help for the underlying cause you can get a mouth guard from your dentist for sleeping so you don't wear your teeth down to nothing.
lol

"No, that's NOT normal" would be what I meant to say...
my mom says i do that in my sleep
I've have had this problem in the past, it would seem to be a stress related condition.

Eventually your teeth will erode each other.

If that's not bad enough my dentist told me that "You can fuck your mussels up in your jaw if you keep doing it."

Worse still the gum shield cost over 100 pounds sterling.
I'd pay the 100 pounds over losing my teeth, won't you? ;)
Grinding teeth is normal as is having a million thoughts going through your mind, for the teeth i would suggest a mouth guard or if you can't afford it a sock to bite on(just put something big inside the sock so it doesn't all go inside your mouth)LMAO.

And for the thoughts, i nice shower and coco before bedtime should do the trick. Just clear your mind.
i do the same i wake up in so much pain i cant eat all day and i wish i could afford a mouth guard cuz that would really help
It's called "bruxism". Yes, it's an anxiety related disorder. The most you can do is try to eliminate the potential stress in your life and buy a good mouthguard. I have struggled with this all my life. After getting my braces off I opted for the clear retainers. Because of this disorder I managed to grind my way through two different sets. It's not normal but at the same time you aren't a freak.
I have the same issue, it's tough to learn to relax but you need to find a way to relax. Therapy might work.
