Recently i've been seeing things and hearing things , hell ive been caught talking to my self when i was talking to my friend that got out of the hospital ive also have waound up laughing out of nowhere IIN?

Its most likely all in your head. You could also be hallucinating from a lack of sleep. As for you laughing out loud, were you thinking about something funny? Thats normal. Or... do you mean that you actually heard someone or saw something that made you laugh but no one was really there? If thats the case, it would probably be a good idea to get checked out.

But keep in mind how much sleep you're getting. It could be from a lack of sleep, and a lack of a healthy diet. If you know that you've had plenty of sleep, and you're eating well, and living a healthy lifestyle, but you still hear things and see things, speak with a therapist.

Yep, this is normal. I think I see things all the time, but usually it's just my imagination or tree leaves blowing in the wind or something. I thought someone was hiding outside underneath my window yesterday and it turned out to be a squirrel in the yard.

At the worst these things just mean we're a bit paranoid or jumpy.
