OKAY. here it goes.
well i'm 100%% indian right? and i've only been to india once in my life, actually it was my first time only a few months ago and i loved it! but i wasn't really interested in anything bollywood or anything like that. but usually im into indie music and heavy metal and stuff, i'm a proper wannabe, well not really, but people know me as a music lover and that sh*t, i don't try and have an image or anything so no hate please. but, all of a sudden since diwali (4 days ago) i've been listening to loads of indian music and watching bollywood films and i've become so obsessed with them, i even wanna try and become a bollywood star, or try and get miss india or something. the whole culture and lifestyle fasinates me, i wanna tell my mum but she'll be well annoying, she'll make a whole deal out of it and give me a lecture about how amazing india is. not that i'm embarassed, i'm not afraid of telling my frends. it's just such a differnt life over there, and it's well more exciting. although i love england, it's sh*t here compared to there. i hope there are other people that think the same?
also, i really want to move there (theres something to tell my friends) but, i love it here and i'm pretty sure i wouldn't be able to last without going to gigs and going out wearing the most craziest outfit ever. erg, it's really annoying me, i keep watching all these romantic hindi movies and wish i was like the girl in them, but oh god. i dont know what to do?!

This is just to beware that not every glittering thing is gold, bollywood industries is pretty much bad and there are a hell lot of people out there who are just waiting to take advantages of new gals and boys.., it's not that good as it's looks like it is..
If you still wanna be and as you said you are good in music and love it a lot, I suggest to go for music industry as it's pretty much clear and good..
Still the decision would be yours always..

and yeah, thanks :) I know it's not all as it seems, my dad used to had a neighbour who directed movies, however he wasn't sucessful I don't think, he lived in jalandhar and asked my dad if I could play a part in a punjabi movie, but i was about 9 at the time, and couldn't speak a word of punjabi and/or hindi. i just wished my dad would have pushed me harder. oh your indian too! that's cool :) x

life in india is not a bed of roses darling.
but then a place is as good as the people in it.
i mean india is good.. its my country, and i live in the capital
i'm a guy, but i do know what might bother a girl
but somethings you'd hate about it after you stay here for a year, or say, 6 months:
power cuts
shitty roads
shittiest public transport (the metro in delhi is an improvement)
expensive everything - petrol clothes foods movies
assholes leering at you at bus stops or following you around on bikes, basically wide eyed ogling by men of all kind
( i mean i look at girls for a fraction of a second but that's just manly reflex.)
societal bullshit - u get judged by people about your lifestyle
no freedom to wear your skirts or anything revealing
market people taking advantage of outsiders
and.. wait for it... WAITING!! yes, bloody wait for everything that's done by the govt. you probably might have a baby in 9 months but not a passport. ok not literally but understand that its that bad
