I'm not sure how normal is it but I do get it sometimes. What I tell myself is that if someone really wants to do it then fine, go ahead. cause it bothers me so much that I'm holding on to that fear than actually getting killed. And when u get to that stage then I've surpass those fears and they won't bother u as much anymore.

It's a good thought, but not normal. Unless you live in a shady neighborhood or recently got mixed up with a bad bunch.

Just live your life with minimum regrets. You'll do fine enough.

Not normal. Maybe you just have anxiety attacks. I used to have that to when I was younger. Just forget about it, because no one will break in to your house and kill you. There is no reason for this. Why would they have any reason? You're not in a gang, or you don't have anything against the government or whatever you want to think. Don't worry it will stop, just think real positive.
That's all the help I can give.
Good luck :)

i'm afraid to go to sleep all the time, or at least sometimes, sometimes i do get paranoid that there's a killer hiding in the attic in my room that'll come and kill me (idk, need to get our more) or of evil spirits, seriously though weird things do happen in our house

Yes, I believe it's somewhat normal. It's easier/nicer to be aware of what's happening around you, I think. And when you're sleeping, you're most vulnerable. There's been countless homicides when people were sleeping as well, so I'm not really surprised. Some times I even get anxious before bed. But just make sure your house is all locked up and safe before you go to your room. And sleep with a nightlight :P
