Whenever I think about things I don't like such as hot weather or nails scratching granite, I get an intense feeling of anxiety that lasts for a couple minutes. Is it normal or do I have some sort of condition?

Therapists can help with anxiety disorders if that is what you are dealing with.

it may be social anxiety disorder .......just google it
