I love meat but everybody says it's a sick habit. I think its true but I am not sure. Because I eat too much meat I am (as expected) very fat but I cant stop eating meat. Is this normal?
meat does not make you fat, the saturated fats and such can however. Cut back on carbs and eat lean meat such as chicken or turkey and start exercising. The best way to lose fat is to get on an olyptical machine for 30 minutes a day. The most important key to losing weight is exercise. The longer you get your heart in the target heart rate zone the closer you are to being the size you desire. Weight training to gain muscle mass can also help. Even if you are a girl the muscle mass will not be noticable compaired to the fat. A pound of muscle is equivelent to running a mile a day. Weight training and cardiovascular exercise combined will make you shed weight faster than richard simmonds on methamphedamines
Whether carbs or sugars, they go into the blood as glucose and is used for energy. Any extra is converted to fat OR is pissed out. The latter is diabetes. Those are the options. Take half hour and Google "carbohydrates" and "glucose", read up on it.
Eating fat doesn't make you fat. I eat mostly meat, eggs or cheese. LOTS of it, esp meat. I work out, which builds strength and some muscle definition, even at my age!
Meat is awesome, but if you are fat already, you are missing out on nutrition that you need, and going to get very sick. Get some help from doctors and fitness experts before you get digestive disease or heart disease, which would keep you from excercising it off. Good luck.
