Yes, you are still fertile. Maybe a little less than other guys, but not enough to be worried. I have two testicles, but one of them is undescended (meaning it's tiny and doesn't work) and apparently I'm fine.

If you are worried about it looking weird there is apparently the option to get a prosthetic (fake) one when you are fully grown. It won't do anything, but it will make it look more normal and you won't have to explain it to everyone you have sex with.
