I was in the pool alone with my little sister in law and we were playing keep away. She was holding my hand against her chest while trying to pry my fingers off of the ball. I was immediately excited as she put the back of my hand against the top of her breast to get the ball and we were tightly pressed together and her butt was right in my lap (like we were spooning). I’m really confused right now because I do love and care for her.

You both are flirting with each other. There is only one thing you can do. You need to sleep with her. Both of you need to progress the flirting a little further. I think you need to make up your mind... Her and possibly have your wife mad at you or not her and be happy with your wife... Are you happy with your wife?... You just need to think about it and maybe wait a few years UNTIL she is 18 and maybe then still don't do it

You need to be the adult here and set boundaries. 15 year old girls can be going through a lot of confusing changes. Heres the thing she is flirting with you, but just because she is flirting doesnt make fucking her ok. You should care enough about her to teach her healthy sexual boundaries. The way you handle this could affect the way she interacts with men for the rest of her life. Please dont teach her that its ok to do this. Have respect for your family , yourself and teach her how to treat her self with respect. the behaviors you are allowing to go on with the "flirting" could well be the same behaviours that cause her to get into situations that are much worse.
