Underwaer under spandex

I went jogging with a friend recently. When we got back to her house, we had to rush to get somewhere, so we just started chaning in front of each other. She noticed that I didn't wear panties under my spandex tights. I told her that I never do. She said that was gross and unsanitary.

I started going commando with spandex when I played volleyball in college. We had to wear very short, tight shorts and having anything under them was uncomfortable with all the jumping and diving, so no one wore anything. I never wear my tights for more than one jog without washing them and they usually come off right after the workout so I disagree with the unsanitary comment.

So, am I the only one who likes to be bare under my tights or is this somehting others do as well?
Do you think it's normal?

I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Some women, on the other hand, get yeast infections extremely quickly if they don't wear something made of breathable (ie cotton) fabric touching their snatches. ;) I don't personally have this issue (thank god), but it's not that uncommon. I wouldn't call that "unsanitary", though. I might call it asking for a yeast infection if you're prone to them. That's probably her issue. :p

ew i would rather not wear underwear with them. wouldnt you get like a constant wedgie?

I do the same thing. I'm a bit of an exhibitionist, so I love to go for my jogs in Spandex tights with no underwear. It's fun and makes me feel like a million bucks. I love thinking that aside from a thin bit of opaque nylon, I'm naked from the waist down! So I'd say it's normal for anyone who's reasonably proud of their body. It's not unsanitary as long as you wash the tights after four days of wear, at most.
