Very sensitive body parts I don't even like being talked about.

I'm not talking about genitals.
Well the first one is the front of my neck, where your throat and Adam's Apple is. I freak out if someone touches it because I feel like their hand is in my throat and they're going to choke me to death or gag me. :(
For some reason, my belly button is really sensitive, I can't even put my own finger near it. Who knows what lint is in there because it's really hard to clean. If I try to I get a really bad feeling like I'm gonna throw up or have a panic attack.
Last is my anus, which is ok since no one touches it, but I heard a story today about someone who literally sh*t their intestines out and it kinda scarred me a bit because now I'm afraid to use the bathroom. :(
Do you think it's normal?

I knew a guy who hated his belly button being touched.
It's physically impossible to shit your intestines out, don't worry.
I know what you mean about your neck though!
There's probably a small rodent in your belly button. That's not good to not clean it.
I'm kind of sensative to different body parts when I'm hearing about injuries in detail.
For example, if someone's telling me a story about a person who had a blood clot in their legs, my legs will become sensative and I'll sometimes even feel faint. Lot of stuff like that, with veins.

It's normal.
