walk around in tight circles
ever since i was in 2nd grade it has been a habit for me to walk around in circles with a radius of probably no more than 10 feet. When i do this i also listen to music and it gets me into a sort of dream state that I can control. I am addicted to it and do it about 7 times a day, i think it might be getting a little out of hand now that i am older

When I was a kid I used to skip around in circles talking to myself...over and over again. Nowadays when I'm on the phone yakking I'll pace back and forth from one end of my apartment to the other; it's fun
