If I must. Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. I enjoy it with slices of tomatoes with basil and red wine. It's a lovely combination!
Asiago, Sharp Cheddar, Baby Swiss, Gouda, Coby Jack, Havarti, Parmesan, Dubliner, and so on.... smoked cheeses are really good too.
I'll need a moment to steady myself and have a good think before talking about cheese. However... I WILL BE BACK!
#1 Cheshire - from my birth county! When you bake it, it doesn't melt. It goes, well, there isn't a word for it. It turns into a new type of food that only people who've had Cheshire on toast will ever know about.
#2 Reblochon - Amazing stuff! Aged in a cave or a cellar, it has to be "turned" every so often. That's how much love goes into it. And you can't have tartiflette without reblochon.
#3 Red Windsor - Cheese with wine marbled into it. It's genius!
I'm sorry Cheddar. I'm sorry Gorgonzola. I'm so sorry, Camembert and Caerphilly and Manchego. And Lancashire, I'm sorriest of all about you. :/
And since it's you, I guess I may be able to let you break the rules a little bit. It is a war after all:P! Although, you're lucky I'm letting you choose three, since you've said something sort of evil to me today ¬_¬! I guess this could be part of my revenge, though:P.
I'm cheese crazy! Cheese is my weak spot against committing evil. If I saw you hurting some cheese, I would be instantly mollified. :P
P.S. I'm lying. I'd never give away anti-evil secrets to you. >:D
And I'll find your weakness soon! This whole thing is unbalanced, you have too much knowledge about my weaknesses, which you could easily use against me D:! Although, I guess that really does makes me evil head fruit, since I'm still able to out-evil you even when you know some of my weaknesses! Yes, I just made that word up! Mwahaha>>:D!
But cheddar is pretty bad-ass though :)
