For most of our relationship everything is normal and, in fact, I dont think she knows that I pay attention to what she's doing. We've never talked about it.

The fact that you prefer that and it is actually a PART of your fetish kinda complicates it though. If I had to choose between a deceiving bf/gf with full-on fetish or a equally communicative relationship that still involved a variation of my fetish I think I would choose the latter. More durability. Less STDs.
