I'm an 18 year old girl & i've always been underweight my whole life even though i eat heaps & hardly exercise... up until about a year ago. then i started putting on a little bit of weight (i was a solid size 8 australian) i kinda freaked cos even though people told me i was looking more healthier, being skinny was what i'd always known so i started dieting & skipping meals to the point where i couldn't eat or i'd feel sick. i'm now barely a size 6 but when i look in the mirror i don't think i look any skinnier and i feel guilty when i eat junk food and won't eat the next day to make up for it. is this normal?

Sounds like a budding eating disorder. You don't have to worry about your weight; if you're naturally skinny, eat a healthy diet and get some exercise and you should go to your normal weight.

You dont wanna be boney thats for sure, if you have a consistant eating plan of 3 meals a day you'll stay the way you are. Skipping meals makes the body thinks its starving and can hold on to what you eat. Thats why its good to eat consistantly so ur body doesnt worry
