i have this weird lump thing down below and at first i thought it was a moskito bite because i had spent time in the woods but its oviously not..it hurts when i touch it and feels weird.. i know for a 100% fact its not an std.. does anyone know what it is?

Seriously, its probably a cyst... i had one on my ass.... it sucks .... if it hurts or is oen then u need to see a doctor so they can lance it.... if its just there and not bothering u then just leave it alone...
