When I was sleeping I had a very short dream and I fell down the stairs. and the weird thing was that I actually felt it (when i jump off stuff i get ''butterflys'' in my stomach) and then when I woke up like at 1:00 or 2:00 AM I was still in my bed. Is it normal to actually to feel your own dreams?

Yeah I can always feel in my dreams. It's great for sex dreams but not for ones where I die.

Ya I had a dream once that I was bouncing on a trampoline and I jumped of realy high and I felt like i was falling in reel life but then when I hit the ground in my dream I woke up

It could have been a lucid dream, which is when you feel that you are actually living through the dream, or it could have been an OBE (out of body experience). OBE is when you conscious self, NOT YOUR SOUL, leaves the body when you are in a trance and sometimes it happens when you are sleeping and do stuff and travel. I don't recommend actively trying to meditate and do an OBE, because there have been horror stories when people try to learn to do an OBE and get attacked by a supernatural force/entity.

me and my gf have the same problem i thought i was being atacked by puppies and one held on to me and i felt it turns out it was my gf cuddling me :)
