Kind of clueless on whether you are a male or female. The only real answer is to shave it. Guys do it all the time, so it's normal. Girls shave their legs and the hair grows back thicker each time. As long as you shave you should be able to control it.

If your parents won't let you shave, there are creams like Nair or some shower creams that you wipe off after a few minutes that remove hair pretty good. Depending on how thick it is, it may take some time. But it might be worth it.

Good luck!
shave?
YEA SHAVE THEM ALL
wax 'm...
then the muscles would be pulled off or ripped apart so as never to grow any more hair.
Don't know if you have heard of the technique called 'threading', but it's basically a super easy and inexpensive method of removing unwanted hairs. Check youtube for how tos, but basically all you need is a piece of thread and a few minutes to work out how to do it. You can get rid of any sort of hairs, I use it to clean up my eyebrows and do my upper lip.
Sadly, I know how you feel. It sounds like a hormonal imbalance to me. (I should know, i have the same problem).

Waxing is best, you can get it done at a salon or do it at home with those pre-waxed Nair strips. The second best is shaving, however watch out for ingrown hairs and such.
