Guy I've met and hung around with want normal average size chest, pretty and slim girls just a lot of girls want guys that are good looking to them and in shape. These are just the guys I know. Still from what I've seen these are true. Otherwise they want a girl who'll trust them, give them space, love them, not except to much from them (like flowers and expensive stuff), somones who's patient, understanding and forgiving. They also like to be complimented (its boosts their ego) make sure what you say is true. (I think this is the same what girls want in my oppinion.)

As for what they want girls to do...depends on the guy. Some I know want girls to do something they would never do unless they were a prositute and getting paid.
