Very easy to explain. The moderators/administrators at most websites put in filters to automatically block certain words from showing, mainly curse words or profanity. So folks get the point across by trying to use symbols that the filters cant make out. At the top right of the screen is safe mode words. Just click on it to turn it off or on and you should still see the cuss words.

well at the top of the site on the right side there is a safe mode. If its on it types out curse words witH these * So i just replace one of the letters with the * instead of having the whole ******** word blocked. F*ck.
