Hey all...

I am one of those unfortunate people who burn in the sun without even a hint of a tan. I can go out in the sun, and enjoy it etc, but its really sad for me when all my mates are tanning and being admired by others, while I always look so stupid and bright white! I hate the feeling I get as a result.

I think as a result of this I have held back from many things and struggle with self confidence at times. Don;t get me wrong, I have a sexy girlfriend, I have a good life and i fairly active. I just cant help feeling that i'm held back by my whiteness.

Am I being stupid?
Do you think it's normal?

You could try using a spray-on sunless self-tanner. It's a heck of a lot safer than baking in the sun.
They'd love you in 'tha ghetto'
It's okay...everyone has something they don't like about themselves. Just remember that your true friends will look past your bright whiteness :) they might even like it
You should become goth. Then u wouldn't stick out as much
cover yourself in butter and go to the beach.
The tanning seems attractive at this time while you are young but I guarantee you those who get it now in excess will regret it later in life. The sun is damaging, best to get very little of it. I suggest you use sunblock cream, a low end number if you wish to get some tan or at the very least use sunscreen (a high number of protection). Use the tanning creams if you wish to look darker, they do work and are safe to your skin, they do not require sunrays, merely change the color of your skintone. It may be a hassle to apply it often as it will only last days but you will be healthier than those who expose themselves to cancer-causing sun rays. The suns rays are extremely damaging and cause premature wrinkling too of the skin. Use sunblock ALWAYS if you must get exposed.
