what do you mean by off yourself?
For a depressed person, it is.
'Offing' is seem as a way to extinguish the feelings of anxiety and anguish that are overcoming you.
Try to reduce the causes of your stressing, and then, for those left, try to see them from a more detached perspective. Try to not take things so personal.
Yeah it's kind of therapeutic to think about suicide, when I'm stressed or depressed it's something I use to occupy my mind.
