when u jack off, it increases sensitivity in your fine-touch receptors of ur penis. jerking off too often makes it sore and desensitizes them. circumscision cuts off about half of them, so sex doesn't feel as good, but u dont get as sore (red-tip, its called) and are less prone to STIs and STDs.
