I also get this feeling and I've gotten pretty good at reproducing it. I get it most when people talk to me. It's sort of weird and it only happens with a few people, usually those where I can hear breathing or licking of the lips. It's not sexual in any way to me, it's just a very pleasant and intense sensation. I used to get it all the time when people would play with my hair. When I want that buzzing sensation, I think about all the things that brought the feeling on and I get it. It IS very much like a relaxing brain massage. Afterward, I'm calm and relaxed. It's really amazing. I'm also thinking that it has to do with endorphins. It's as good, if not better, than meditation. :)
