Its ok mate, i feel it all the time, especially when im on my own. When im on my own the back of my legs tighten and i start walking funny which doesnt help as i always feel someones watching me... :(
its because someone IS always watching. ill explain because i tend to do quite the opposite, for instance i will stare at someone(usually the people picking their nose or teeth) while driving now they have no idea but then i find myself thinking things like they dont know im watching or maybe someone is watching me like im watching them.........soooooo pretty much UR ALWAYS BEING WATCH. IN UR SLEEP, IN THE BATHROOM YUP THATS RIGHT UR MIRROR IS TWO SIDED, WHEN U WALK BY SEWERS TOO ITS A PRETTY SCARY PLACE!!! OO AND IF U DONT BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE ALWAYS KNOWS.........THEN GET ON UR PHONE AND ACT LIKE TERRORIST UR HOUSE WILL BE FLOODED WITH FEDERAL AGENTS HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA EVEN AS UR DIEING SOME ONE KNOWS
I voted normal, I think so much is normal about people. People from time to time feel like they're being constantly watched. Or the other extreme, completely ignored. Is it really bothersome? Maybe you have a disorder, like paranoid schizophrenia and could benefit from being medically treated for it.
I think depression, anxiety, paranoia, delusions, etc, are normal. But not something you have to live with.
nobody is crazy hes probably one of the watchers trying to catch you off gaurd but dont be stupid and keep youe eyes open because even if you think u might be wrong your right. listen i saw someone watching me today which reassured me so let that be a warning
People are making it seem like I'm a crazy person twitching and looking around my shoulder all the time Christ...just a question people not a therapy session.
