Every day I feel like I can barely stand up and my head feels really heavy, im 5'8'', and weigh 165 but it will fluctuate to 175 or more in one day. I cant focus on anything, I try to run but it is extremely hard, I basically feel like I am not even breathing. I semm to be also losing my sense of smell, like I can't smell anything unless its up close, one week i just gorged on fast food becuase I can't ever tell when im hungry or thirsty and I actually started to get my smell back it was weird. Am I completely unhealthy or something? I feel and look different every day. Is this normal?
Do you think it's normal?

The rapid weight loss and gain could be indicative of diabetes, as could the fact eating fast foods (full of sugar presumably) made you feel better. Have you seen a doctor about this? If not, you really need to, asap, to be on the safe side.
you may not have enough exercise..I feel the same way sometimes. It's weird and I think I'm a weakling but it's just because I'm not very physically active.
whoa. this is starteling. go to a doctor immediately so that you can solve this problem and feel great everyday.
yeah, you probably eat a lot of sodium so your body needs everything to be saltier (over time). And 165lbs at 5'8" puts you in the overweight category. Try to walk at a fast pace for a long period of time (couple miles) every day or on most days. And start drinking water and cut back on your sugars and overall junk food.
but you're not under the overweight catagorie if it's the bone structer. the bone structer changes alot in weight!! but juging the fast food thing, i doubt that it does have to do with bone structer in her weight... (i have a big bone structer so i know these things lol)
You could be coming down with something. I felt like this years ago and it took nearly 18 months to go go away. It was chronic fatigue syndrome. You could also be low on iron and or have another hormonal problem. Go see a dr. you are not overweight. I am about the same height and weight.
okay, i want you to go to your doctor as soon as possible. My mom is a nurse and she said that she had diagnosed many people with this problem. It's called a thyroid disorder. it'll either make you gain weight really fast, or lose.
ok, dramakid15, as someone who had a thyroid problem when I was young let me just say that thyroids do not become hypoactive or hyperactive overnight. It takes years and your body decides what it wants to do with the goiter. This girl doesn't have a thyroid issue. But, the bone structure thing is usually ignored if you're referring to the BMI chart. So - that is fair to a point. So, if you do want to see if you're overweight then do a hip-to-waist ratio body composition test on yourself. Google it. I still think it's an eating thing. Maybe you overeat one day and the next day you don't which could be why your body is fluctuating.
