Why do i have to isolate myself..

when I want to lose weight I have to get really isolated and disciplined, i just want to get it over and done with and completely focus on it until the weight is lost and it's all happy days. I know it only takes about 3 weeks of hardcore discipline and I know I can do it, it's just I have a boyfriend and he doesn't understand.. I can't seem to hold up a relationship while i'm doing this, I don't have room in my head for him and my diet... this always happens when I want to go on a health kick.. how do you keep the balance :( does anyone else feel like this?

i think you should focus less on it cause it could take over your life then turn into obsesseion, then you could get an eating disorde.r but people concerntrate differently i guess.
