My dear (an older woman speaking here) if you love your girlfriend and you realize you're physically attracted to her enough to "wish" you were a lesbian - chances are you already ARE a lesbian - and you're just in love! And that's VERY normal - no matter who you are.

I hope you're lucky enough to have your feelings returned by your girlfriend. Gay people are a minority of the population and it makes it harder to hook up sometimes.
