I just can't do it. I don;t think I've ever poo'd at work, or at school, or at a friends house. I just can't poo somewhere that isn't my hosue EXCEPT for just before I'm about to have a shower and the toilet and shower are all in one room.
Do you think it's normal?

I'd say it's normal. I know plenty of people who won't poo in school. I'm assuming you won't do it at work because it's not your own toilet and you find the thought of using it disgusting.
I am so like this... We all poo, but I cannot do it anywhere, sometimes not at my house cause my bathroom has been placed extremely close to the living room... and its not about smells... Its about the fact of people knowing what "Went Down" I will when I am about to take a shower and already have the water running... as to cover my evil agenda lol.
Thanks for mentioning the shower. The problem is somatic, that is a psychological barrier based on personal experiences or behaviours that have evolved for a myriad of reasons and mostly range from undesirable experiences that have traumatised our subconscious self and resulted in a clinical, reaction programming. The likely base is that of ego, or a feeling that it is not good enough or clean enough, when in fact it is. Also, opening the anal sphincter is a moment of primal opportunity when we are defensive, because at that time all our energy and focus is on our bowel. It requires all focus to poo. The combination of a poor experience, feeling prone and defensive, and astute hygiene needs is addressed by using a decomposition method. First visit a toilet that you know is clean, such as at an airport, or shopping centre, make yourself aware that it is clean and use the toilet more than once (about 10 times).
