I'm like 97 pounds, 34C and like extremely short. Need a bit of definition in my core because I have developed a little muffintop lately and yk when you're so petite you look great with a well defined core. I don't do cardio I decide on stressing on abs, obliques and outer glutes mainly while eating a hell lot of protein. But I fear losing my chest. It's like I just love my chest I would not like even a little bit gone. As I said a 34C, not the biggest boobs ik that's why I don't want mine to shrink. Would ab definition shrink them? Remember I don't do cardio and don't plan on doing any. is this whole thing even normal?

Why don't you get that fat burning thing that women wear around their stomach to make them sweat faster? Then you can just do situps.
After that you can put up a profile picture so that we can see how you have progressed

Waist trainers are very unhealthy they make your waist smaller by squeezing your organs, yes exactly. Also, the results are temporary.

But you're so tiny that you probably don't even have organs :)

Small girls with small breasts are beautiful you have nothing to fear!

Depends on what specific exercises you're doing, and what percentage of your breasts is just fat or actual breast tissue.

Actual breast tissue won't decrease with exercise- only surgery could do that.

As long as you're not taking steroids, and you're focusing on your abs/core, then you should have nothing to worry about.
