It's more normal than you might expect, TO THINK ABOUT IT. Doing something with them is completely unacceptable, and normal never comes into the question. It's a REALLY BAD IDEA. Even if you think you can pull it off, you're just hoping karma doesn't bitchslap you, and the law doesn't put you in assrape prison. But now I'm done trying to make someone nervous about trying something illegal, yeah, it happens, it's normal, in a bad way.

It's not very normal... that age range at least. See, it's completely, almost universally normal for the ages near 18, but this is mainly because that's the "normal" legal age in most countries. It is shunned if it's below that age. It is in no way inherently sick, no matter how some would have you believe that. It's called the lolita "syndrome", and especially in japan (a very sexually liberal country), it's considered normal to watch animated versions of girls this age. Don't act on it though, you'll be thrown in jail, and because of how society treats it, you will most likely damage the girl you f*ck.

The truth is: no matter how nice they are, happy to see you, talking to you, whispering secrets, asking personal questions, hugging all over you, kissing you, or even flashing their breasts at you, you should never think for a second little girls have realistic romantic feelings. Hell ya it's normal, it would be abnormal if you didn't find a hot 16 year old attractive. Physically speaking whats the difference between a mature looking 14 year old and a 25 year old other than the 14 year old is not fat and still looks healthy.
