Every once in a great while I will get what feels like a zit in my nose, yes in it. It is painful only when i blow my nose, or press against where it is. Is this from a cold or what? Anyone ever have one and what do you do to get rid of it and the stinging like pain.

its perfectly normal, i get them too. if you manage to forget about them for a week or so, they will magically dissappear (or your body takes care of them, but that doesnt sound as cool). i find they get painful if i push on them too much, from the outside of course, no picking your nose, so just leave it alone, and youll be fine
