I'm doing "okay", all things considered. The biggest issue that I'm having is the inability to work but that was something I had expected. I'm lucky to have a significant other that is willing to put in extra hours to financially support us.

I'm still in use of my training/temporary prosthesis but will be getting fitted for a more long term one as of next week. I've also learned that I hate having to relearn to walk. I know it's silly, but at this rate I'm starting to get frustrated with myself more than anything.

Thank you for reaching out though. I've posted about it maybe once in the last month, but as one might imagine it's a topic I speak about fairly often in other places. I didn't want to overflow the site with posts about it.

Glad to hear you are doing so well.

I understand the frustration with not being able to earn income. Long Covid-19 has created that situation for me.

I also understand the stress on the partner, as my wife is also working extra to make ends meet.

You have a great partner in life... sounds like a keeper.

I'm confident that you will learn to walk again (including fast walking) and that you have a great future ahead of you.

I'm always pulling for your recovery and a fantastic future... even when we disagree on an issue. We're still good people.
