God has a lot of shit on his plate. All I can assume is that when the soul judgement is made he takes into consideration the actions people took because of said shit on their plate.
I'm pretty optimistic about my chances of getting into heaven with that philosophy of life. Not speaking for god of course but hes omnicisnent so I'm not going to lie to him.
Does it ever keep you from doing bad shit that you want to do? I have wanted to do something before but then say to myself "...if god is real he wont like this on judgement day.." LOL
It does actually. My moral compass had to be forged by myself rather than by someone else. Nothing wrong with being a sheep in that regard.
I just like to be intellectually honest to an omniscient entity. I stick to not doing actual evil shit. Beyond good and evil kind of philosophy. No one wants to be evil it's the actions they take that make them evil.
So I perfer to take on a libertarian philosophy of not infringing on peoples rights as long as they dont infringe on my own.
As a consequence my internal and external self is the same. As well as being able to look back of my past self and understand the decisions I made to create the person I am today.
Christians, shouldn't Jesus have returned by now?

Makes me feel enlightened.
