Well you are pathetic for judging them for literally trying to get into shape. It's far worse with those you see carrying around pizza boxes or filling up their shopping carts with snacks and bottles of soda. You're also one of the reasons why many people don't dare going to the gym or even go out for a jog so that they can get healthy - because they know they'll get judged! And many fat people have mental health issues which is a reason why they overeat and noticing other peoples mean looks when all they're doing is trying to get better might cause them to relapse. You can't help how you feel about the people you see but at least try to have some understanding.
