          Maybe if you lot built a couple of those, ugly horrible brutalist, Soviet blocs, you wouldn’t have a homeowner rate of 48% among your millennials.
          There were more Soviets, and today more modern Russians, that own a secondary vacation home in the countryside than American millennials own any home at all.

          ‘Modern’ is just brutalist with colorful plastic on top of the concrete.

            "Modern" architecture is garbage, I say they are reinventing the wheel but with buildings.

            As for the millenials? I cant relate, as I was born between the gen Z and millenials. Making money isnt that hard. Staying away from 100,000 dollar degrees isnt. I'm set on my budget to own a house in 4 years. Some people are just content to live in a city, I sure as hell ain't.
