If someone does something that's not the norm, it's called abnormal. If someone does something sexual that's not the norm, it's called sick.
Whether it's normal or not is not the issue you should be looking at, nor whether it's morally right. The fact that nobody is hurt, physically or emotionally, clears up morality quite neatly. Whether it's practically wrong, or something you might regret, depends on a few things:
-Is it hurting any of your human relationships?
-Are you obsessive about it?
-Are you having any medical problems due to this?
-Is your pet harmed, physically or emotionally, by this?
-Do you feel guilty?
If the answers to any of those are yes, then you may have to weigh your priorities. If they are all no, then don't avoid what makes you happy because some people can't accept it. You only live so long, so don't box yourself in with someone else's undefinable values.
Finally some common sense! Einstein and Beethoven did not fit the norm. They were abnormal because few people can create theories like Einstein or compose music like Beethoven.

Some base it on tradition assuming that if that's the way it was done by their forefathers it must be the proper way. According to Judaism as well as Christianity and others, the priority is to love your neighbor as yourself. Love is what counts in the end. I figure that when I check out it won't be the things I tried that will give me regrets. Instead, it'll be what I didn't try that will make me feel remorse.
I mostly agree with you. I don't think having sexual relations with your dog is right. That is my opinion and it may be many others opinion as well however, if your dogs want to lick you and they enjoy it as much as you do, so be it. BUT, if it comes to the point where you are using your dog as a sex slave, you need to seek some psychiatric attention. There is no need to abuse your dog or any other pet because you feel the need to have an orgasm. Masterbate. If you want to stare at your dog while you do it, so be it.
