Wtf is wrong with you? You said sex life is taboo to talk about. Clearly I have to repeat as you are thick in the head.
I'm not talking about sex and ones sex life. In fact I have a sibling and my own mother used to go on about their sex life, its disgusting. I'm talking about relationships, and sexual orientation and what a person is attracted to.Its natural and perfectly normal to discuss such matters as they are a factor of life, with people close to you
Those are similar enough to be in the same boat. Talking about sexual orientation is still taboo whether you consider it talking about sex or not. And those close to you might not care much about your sexual orientation or they might not even want to know.
Similar doesn't mean the exact same. Also, if one is close its natural to ask such questions especially if you have been single you're whole life, I am sure they already assume anyways
Why has my sister never truly asked the deeper questions?
