)*;=‘. i need help with my pet fire belly frogs right now

So I recently got 2 fire belly frogs. They share a tank and a few days ago I dropped some crickets in it to let them eat. I didn’t watch to see if they ate them. But I’m concerned they didn’t eat them. Since i use EcoEarth I think the crickets could hide easily. So with all the stress it put on me, i got a box and put mealworms in it. Today I took out the frogs and held them frequently, making sure they saw the worms and ate them so i could see them eat. But my plan isn’t working well. They seem to be under a lot of stres. One frog did eat 3 worms but the other ate none. I was thinking of force feeding them but carefully. I know how to and it would be out of love, not abusement. I don’t want them to starve and die cause i love them. Should I just force feed every 3 days or so each one like 3 crickets out of pure concern and love for them to be happy and fed, or throw in some crickets and expect them each to equally eat them and assume they get enough food with the risk of having them starve? Or my method which includes a lot of frog stress and a box of mealworms?
