I don't have any passions or hobbies or anything that really interests me. I am looking, but I don't like sports or physical activities. I am no good at talking to people. I barely speak to anyone unless I am spoken to.
It's perfectly normal; it just means you haven't found the right activity for you, yet! I would suggest trying some arts and crafts, or writing.
Sounds like you should try some solitary activities, like reading, writing, arts/crafts, watching TV. Heck, even surfing the internet can be a hobby!
Honestly I think that's pretty normal. It's hard to find something you enjoy, but surely there's something. Playing video games or watching tv can be a hobby. But if you don't have one don't fret, just do whatever makes you happy, hobby or not.
I'm not sure about whether I think that is normal or not but I have a mindset that says "Other people are free to do whatever they want." If this means that you don't currently have any extra interests then that is okay and you don't HAVE to. Definitely not any less of a person despite what others might say. Still, there isn't anything at all? No interest in video games, no desire to play an instrument, not tried anime before, no art ability? Being an introvert is fine but having some kind of hobby does get rid of being a couch potato and could make days more fun.
I don't like music, I hate tv, I hate art and video games. I run for my health, but I hate it also. The only thing I like is to hang out with people, but if I don't have anything I like, there is no one for me to hang out with. I don't know how to meet people, and I suck at talking so that makes it harder.
Thats fine, its usually easier to meet people if you have some sort of hobby since then, you can easily start conversations about said hobby. With no interests, it'll be hard to keep conversations going since that is usually how topics get brought up. The few friends I do have are all gamers in some way thanks to MMOs which proves the point. Still, what about talking are you so bad at? Even if you might feel that you don't have much to say, why not just ask someone questions about what they do instead? Everyone likes to rant about what they do and then you could give your opinion on what they like.
