At 6 ft 2 inches and 205 lbs, ? I wish I could get back to that. And to those that say "chubby" in any part, you must be a bunch of haters. The weight charts when I went in the military said I should have at 6'1" I should have been 187. I have not weighed that since I was 16 or 17 yrs old.
OP if you lost over 95 pounds then dont let anyone talk shit. You obviously have self discipline and motivation that I wish I had. I just have a fat ass about 50 lbs over weight that I prefer to be. I am 6'1" and 215 is where I prefer to be instead of 265-270. I'm not as active as I would rather be. I am losing my vision so I cant drive to go places to hike, swim, etc.
Thanks bro, your encouraging words made my day!
The way I lost weight is was mainly by stretching my calorie budget as far as I possibly could without compromising too much in terms of volume. Some examples are:
* I swapped chips to popcorn
* I swapped my main meat source to chicken and fish. I’m a huge bacon lover, but I had to swap to lower calorie options.
* I absolutely love chocolate, unfortunately it’s very fattening. I swapped my beloved chocolate bars to 85%+ dark chocolate and limit myself to 2 cubes per day. Dark chocolate is good for metabolism, which makes it reasonable in a weight loss diet.
* And finally, my most efficient trick: I swapped out every lunch to low calorie noodles. Only 8 calories per 100g for the brand I’m using (there are multiple different ones sold at fitness/health shops). Throw in some vegetables, some prawns and viola, it will keep you full til dinner.
I wish you the best bro 👍
Thanks for the information, I will give those a try that I dont do already. My big thing is I am an ice creamaholic. And I am single so I usually grab a Dominos pizza, about 35 feet away from me. I mean that too, it's right across the fence. But I will give your things a try.
Depends how much of it is fat and how much is muscle mass. If don't work out, then you might be a bit chubby, but if you work out - you're normal.
Numbers don’t matter trust me on that.. I work in the medical field and see numbers I could and could not believe lol I’m one of those guys myself. I’m 235 and a little under 10% body fat.. I’m only 5-11 so according to the “charts” , I am obese lol then I’ll see a patient who is 200 pounds and about 6-1 and has a jelly belly and absolutely no definition.. at the end of the day , do you like the way you look and feel? That’s all that matters.

The average man that height in my area is about 230 so you'd be skinny here, but world wide you're on the upper end of normal (on the edge of slightly over weight)
Im 6'2 and at 205 I am pretty damned skinny. I get over to 230+ before I start looking chubby.
