216 lbs at 6’2 (male)
216 lbs at 6’2 good or bad? I used to be over 300. I seem to have hit a wall and it’s very difficult to go lower

Depends on your build. My husband looks like a scrawny bag of bones if he drops down into his "healthy range" BMI. The main thing to worry about is how much visceral fat you have. Other than that it's really just whatever weight you feel you look best at.
You're likely in the upper range of the normal weight range for your height.
Do some research on the history of the standard height and weight charts, and learn how distorted they really are for many people. Only about 20% of the White Anglo Saxon population, from which the charts were developed, is within 5% of "average".
Like weirdguy said depends on body. I'm 6'1" and 140lbs though I look quite skinny
Depends on your body type. Im 6'3 and 215 and I look kinda skinny

World wide you're average, though in my area a 6ft2 man is about 230/240lbs (me being 290 at 6ft3 & being only slightly overweight)
If you are making progress it's great. Doesn't matter if it's fast or slow.
If you really think you hit a wall, then maintaining your current state is the commendable.
Good luck!
