"is it normal that i don't like going into the sun?"

Hey guys, I'm curious is it normal to not like going out into the sun. I started not wanting to and I'm not too sure why. Is there anyone else out there like that, cause I don't think thats a normal habit.

Yes, but I dont go out that much. 11

I don't like it either. The sun is often always too bright and when I come out of my abode it gives me a headache:/

I don't like the day in general. I prefer the night. I can better appreciate cities at night. It's quiet and peaceful:)

My mom hates the sun also. Last time I saw her you could see the veins under her skin because she was so white.

She went outside finally for a short time and when she came back she was darker. haha.

I only go out in the sun if I absolutely have to. I don't like being too warm. Blah! I'm perfectly content to stay inside when everyone else is soaking up rays.

I guess I was just raised to hate the sun. My mom and her sister were both born with sun allergies. They are litterally allergic to light, sunlight, fluorescent light, the whole nine.

So because of this I'm just used to living in the dark and I prefer the moon over the sun any day of the week.

Well the moon is prettier and last I heard it doesn't cause any kind of skin cancers or anything so it's got that going for it.

They do all right, they were both diagnosed in their twenties, they break out when they're in the light and they say it hurts really bad but so far nothing extremely horrible has happened.

thats good, is there something they can do to where they can go out if they want to even for a little while, like special clothing or somthing that protects there skin

          • Just what i read. Uh i think it was reffering to very long term. Also you only need to be in the sun like ten mins a day to get what you need. Vitamin D builds up rapidly from sunlight...not so much from eating.
