Me and my wife went to find the gender of our baby at an ultrasound and found out it was a boy but did not have a heart beat anymore. This is now our third miscarriage (never this late) and I dont know if I can talk her into trying again. Idk why it keeps happening but this pregnancy was hell on us with her morning sickness. They say after 12 weeks the chance of a miscarriage goes to 1%. We got to almost 13 weeks before it. Shes not taking it well at all.

Dont know where to go from here. Thinking about adoption but I dont know how it works and its expensive. Wanted to have my kids close together in age but this puts another year onto it if we even try again. Why does this keep happening? She gets pregnant so easy. We always get pregnant on literally the first day trying.

      Idk where you live but here it is not and almost everyone does it.

        Well at least in another country it is illegal (India) because people do this and if it's a girl they kill her. In my country it is legal. I think the author is Indian. Because of English word choice

    I am sorry for your loss and the loss of your future dreams... Miscarriages happen for a reason... and its probably best even if you do not understand why.

    It may yet be possible... and there are a lot of factors that go into that. I'm sure your wife and you understand more about that than I do.

    I'd suggest that you start looking at adoption... father and mother is biological and all babies have have them. Mom and dad is who raises us... and you and your wife can still be a great mom and dad.

    Unfortunately, having a miscarriage makes future pregnancies more likely to be miscarriages. So the more times a woman has a miscarriage, the more likely she is to experience another one.

    I'm terribly sorry for your loss and I hope things work out for the two of you. The loss of a child is always a horrible thing.
