I’m an idiot and I know it. I’m ignorant to multiple things normal people ought to know. A lot of my posts and comments get ignored or a lot of dislikes. I don’t want to be like this, but they say: “You can’t fix stupid.” Even if I try to learn and become better, I worry it won’t help. Should someone like me just end myself?

No you shouldnt. It takes some intelligence to know you're an idiot. The dangerous people are the idiots that dont know they're idiots.
And there are even more assholes that think themselves geniuses when they themselves are average inteligence.
I'm slightly above average 118. I'll take that since if my charts were accurate I started in the mid 90s. Turns out you can throw money at a problem until it fixes it.
You can't fix stupid because it doesn't need fixing.
We hold onto life for a reason. That reason being there is so much to enjoy. Whether or not we're stupid does not dictate the joy we receive in life.
The fact that you see this as a problem instead of assuming everyone else is problematic tells me that you are a good person. The "normal" out there is a standard that many people struggle to follow, and it's not your fault if you weren't taught things that are apparently commonplace.
The day will come where life seems more appreciable. As long as you can hang on, it will be there before you know it.
No, and it sounds like you're calling yourself an idiot based off of things that really don't matter, such as likes/dislikes and comments or lack thereof on here. There will always be people who disagree with you no matter what you say, and it's actually pretty common for posts to get no comments on here if you've been shadowbanned (which many people have experienced on here, seemingly without much reason for it).
Also, as PurpleHoneycomb pointed out, "You can't fix stupid" is not entirely true. If you want to learn more or do better, you can put in effort and do so. As WeirdGuy also said, it's the idiots who don't know they're idiots (and often think they're geniuses who have everything under control, and believe they already know everything and don't even try to learn or improve) who are dangerous and hopeless, unless they decide to change. *This* is the kind of stupid you can't fix; the kind where the person in question thinks they have things figured out and don't have any desire to learn or change.
It sounds as if you most likely aren't an idiot, but perhaps have limited experience with certain things and are too hard on yourself for that. Nobody is born knowing anything, it takes learning and experience to figure things out.
Even stupid people have some talent. I know someone who can hardly read or write yet is a mathematical genius.

Nah, fuck that. Stupid people have a place in society. Maybe their off spring should face the brutal realization, just as they should, of evolution, but they should't kill themselves. Let the world do that. If they survive and breed then they probably had some talent that was worth keeping.
It would be ridiculous to do so. The phrase "You can't fix stupid." is also somewhat inaccurate. Unless the stupidity comes from a learning disorder, you can educate yourself.
No, I don't think you should kill yourself. If you're aware of being stupid, it means you're not that stupid. What matters is if you're a good person and in fact geniuses are the very minority in our society. Forrest Gump is an example of a cool stupid person, most people loved his character lol.
That was kinda sassy, but someone had to say it. I don't think stupid people should off themselves, but if rapists, and child molesters suddenly started killing themselves I would not be displeased.
You're forgetting Rose. It's me, Billy247. Lots of things I say are "sassy" haha. And yeah, I guess you are right. Oh, and neither would I. They would actually be doing the world a favor. Those types of people are worse than murderers, in my opinion.
