It tickles my anus and I can feel it coming out. I scratch it and it goes back in. Why does it only come out when I'm sleeping?

    Sounds like a bad David sedaris story, but having said that, have you ever heard the story about the mom who gave her 12(?) year old tape worms without her knowledge so she would lose weight? It's a sad world we live in.
