About week ago i started having this weird hiccup/gasp type thing

I started this hiccup/gasp type of thing about a week ago and it is really uncomforable an hurts my stomach it didn't bother me much when I first experienced it but It is really making me angry now...
Does anyone know what this is?

      OK skull kid, your diaphragm could possibly be irritated somehow which is causing this. But prolonged relentless hiccuping/gasping you need to see a doc.
      Does it happen at certain stimuli, like smoking for example?
      There's a guy who has been hiccuping for years, he's going nuts. Just saying.

    Yes I happen to know what this is.
    In medical terms it sounds like some weird hiccup/gasp type thing.
