Acting guilty for things i haven't done iin?

Is it normal for me to act guilty about things I haven't actually done?

For example: If someone at work says someone has stolen something from them or something has gone missing, or someone has hacked their email account, for some reason, I deliberately, yet almost unconsciously act like I'm guilty.

I don't know why I do it.

Yet it's always a relief when the missing item is found or the the real thief is exposed.

But Is it normal?

I do that, even something as simple as someone asking who farted, I feel and probabky look guilt even if I'm not,

I'm always nervous going through airport security too, occasionally, even though I'm 22 if I'm buying some alcohol or something I'll revert back to the time when I used to buy stuff underadged and feel nervous about being id'd

Although I did get id'd for being 16 the other day with paracetamol even though I hadn't shaved in a while and was bordering on a full hipster beard, hmm, and I was wearing a joy division shirt, under a black and red check shirt and was wearing tightish jeans with white converse, maybe they just wanted to hold up and annoy a " hipster " haha

First day on the job, you know what I learned? How to spot a murderer. Let's say you arrest three guys for the same killing. You put them all in jail overnight. The next morning, whoever's sleeping is your man. You see, if you're guilty, you know you're caught, you get some rest, you let your guard down. You follow me?
