Addicted to my computer

Depending on how addicted, you are. It's normal i use to be the same way, untill i joined the army. Just go out, don't even think about it. Try do other things, go get some other hobbies, off the internet.

It means you need to turn off the computer and go outside.

yes it's very normal, when I'm without my computer I'm scared, I start to see and hear things that aren't really there, I twitch really bad, and I say like 500 paragraphs in a second. I NEED MY COMPUTER.

You dont have computer addiction but your mind freezing as a response to not using the computer is not normal. If you were addicted to the computer (as i am) you would be able to sit infront of the computer for 6 hours without noticing it or looking away. There have been times when i have wokeup in the morning gone on the computer and when i got up to have a smoke it was night again.

If your mind is freezing as a result of not using the computer that is more likley to be either a neurological issue or a personality issue. In either case you should see neuroligist. You dont have computer addiction.

I voted not normal. But I feel the same way about my computer. I also feel lost and vulnerable when I leave my mobile at home by accident.
